FOR SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITIES & EMPLOYERS

Build a safer community people can actually navigate.

Aurora brings education, referral, safeguarding and programme measurement into one governed environment without exposing private help-seeking behaviour to the institution funding it.

WHAT THE INFRASTRUCTURE DOES

Six connected capabilities, not six disconnected campaigns.

Each capability is designed to connect to the same governed pathway: understand, recognise responsibility, reach the right service and improve the programme without profiling the person seeking help.

Education people can actually use

Plain-language, age- and context-appropriate learning that connects understanding to a next step rather than ending at awareness.

Safeguarding and referral pathways

A governed route from concern to the appropriate internal or external response, with escalation boundaries made explicit.

Anonymous climate and confidence insight

Measure whether people know where to go, trust the available routes and feel able to seek help without turning individual help-seeking into performance data.

Role-based training

Different guidance for educators, managers, frontline staff and safeguarding roles so responsibility is clear when a concern is raised.

Verified support directories

Jurisdiction-specific public and specialist services with responsible sources, verification dates and review controls.

Aggregate programme measurement

Track reach, confidence, pathway use and service quality at programme level while keeping sensitive individual activity private by default.

LOCAL CONFIGURATION

The operating model changes with the institution.

A school, university and employer do not have the same duties, populations or internal services. Aurora should not pretend otherwise.

Schools

Age-appropriate education, parent and safeguarding interfaces, child-protection escalation and tightly controlled staff access.

Universities

Student wellbeing, harassment and consent pathways, campus services, external referrals and anonymous climate insight.

Employers

Workplace conduct, wellbeing navigation, manager guidance, EAP and public-service referrals, and aggregate programme measurement.

COMMERCIAL MODEL

Institutions fund the infrastructure. People in need do not.

Institutions can fund implementation, training, managed programmes, dashboards, benchmarking, APIs and support infrastructure.

The boundary is non-negotiable: private individual support activity is not an employer, school or university performance dataset. Reporting should be aggregate by default and purpose-limited.

DATA BOUNDARY

What an institution may learn — and what it should not.

PROGRAMME VIEW

Appropriate aggregate insight

  • Whether education and support pathways are being reached
  • Aggregate confidence, awareness and programme-quality measures
  • Operational coverage, referral quality and unresolved service gaps
  • Safeguarding information only where a lawful duty and governed process require it

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Not an institutional performance dataset

  • A person's private browsing of support information
  • The fact that someone compared or opened a support service
  • Individual mental-health, abuse, relationship or legal-interest profiles
  • Commercial ranking of help based on who pays Aurora

IMPLEMENTATION

A governed rollout, not a link dropped into an intranet.

01

Map responsibility

Identify internal roles, legal duties and external services.

02

Configure pathways

Connect education, reporting, safeguarding and verified referrals.

03

Train the people in the loop

Give each role the guidance and escalation rules it actually needs.

04

Measure the programme

Use aggregate outcomes to improve the system without profiling help-seekers.

EVALUATION BEFORE DEPLOYMENT

Start by testing responsibilities, privacy boundaries and referral coverage.

Aurora should only be configured for an institution after its roles, safeguarding duties, local services, privacy constraints and reporting boundaries are explicit. The public help experience remains independent of commercial preference.
