LANGUAGE & ACCESS
Designed for the local context
Primary presentation languages: Bengali, Kokborok, English.
Aurora only states a helpline's spoken-language availability when the responsible authority confirms it.
INDIA · TRIPURA
Tripura operates common emergency and disaster routes, but District Emergency Operations Centres, district administration and legal services remain geographically local. Aurora therefore does not treat Agartala or West Tripura as the default answer for Dhalai, Gomati, Khowai, North Tripura, Sepahijala, South Tripura or Unakoti.
LOCAL CONTEXT
Tripura's emergency system combines statewide ERSS access with eight district administrations and sub-divisional structures. Floods, landslides and disrupted roads can make the user's district or subdivision operationally important. Aurora therefore keeps 112 and the State EOC visible while resolving district disaster and legal-aid services locally instead of treating Agartala as the answer for the whole state.

Aurora only states a helpline's spoken-language availability when the responsible authority confirms it.
ROUTING
Government disaster-management material confirms ERSS 112 is integrated with the State Emergency Operations Centre.
Tripura operates 24x7 State and District Emergency Operations Centres: 1070 is the State EOC and 1077 is the district route, with District EOCs based at the respective DM and Collector offices.
Government helpline material currently publishes 100 police, 101 fire, 1091 women and 1098 child helplines.
TSLSA operates eight District Legal Services Authorities and fourteen Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committees, so legal-aid routing can become more local than Agartala once district or subdivision is known.
TRUST BOUNDARY
West Tripura and Agartala contacts are not treated as statewide local contacts for Dhalai, Gomati, Khowai, North Tripura, Sepahijala, South Tripura or Unakoti.
Direct DM, SDM and BDO control-room numbers are more volatile than institutional short codes and remain tied to the authority and locality that publishes them.
The Tripura Social Welfare site hosts national Women Helpline guidance describing 181, while the current Tripura Government helpline panel reviewed here publishes 1091. Aurora preserves the locally published route rather than inferring that 181 is operational in Tripura.
Bengali, Kokborok and English are presentation priorities; spoken-language capability for an individual emergency operator, control room or legal-services office is not inferred.
SOURCE-REVIEWED SUPPORT
For immediate emergencies use 112. Disaster response distinguishes the State EOC on 1070 from District EOCs on 1077. Local control-room and legal-aid routing becomes district or subdivision-specific when the user's location is known.
Tripura's disaster-management system integrates Emergency Response Support System 112 with the State Emergency Operations Centre. Current Government material also publishes 100 for police and 101 for fire.
