Tamil Nadu combines strong statewide emergency and ambulance systems with district-level disaster and legal-service structures. Women Helpline 181 and Child Helpline 1098 are kept separate from emergency policing so people can choose the kind of support they need.
For disasters, 1070 is the state-level control room while 1077 routes into district Collectorate control structures.
Tamil Nadu's legal-services network is also district-based; Aurora should route toward the relevant district legal services institution when location materially improves access.
